The written word is a powerful tool. A picture might be worth a thousand words, but writing itself can create vivid images. My own words cover myriad topics. From writing on mental health, to observations on life, to short stories served chilled, with a twist. I am a regular performer at poetry events, reading my own work.

This page showcases some of my writing. If you would like to commission a piece, book a poetry reading, or are looking for mentoring in your own writing journey, please contact me.

My poem, 'Dust to Dust', is published in 'The Trawler 2020'. Comprising 100 poems written by 47 Gloucestershire Poetry Society poets, the anthology is available from bookshops and Amazon. The Trawler is published by Black Eyes Publishing UK.

September 2020 marked the publication of my first poetry collection within the anthology 'Words To Live By 2020'. The Words To Live By project is managed by The Word Association, and is specifically for those who have struggled with mental health illness. The final anthology is published by Bite Poetry Press. I am delighted not just to have a section within the book, but that one of my photographs was chosen as the cover for the collection.
